I am a project delivery man. For years that meant PMOs, governance, and audit-grade paperwork across government and enterprise programmes. It still does.

What changed is how the work gets done: I am rebuilding my firm, DBiLL, into an AI-first business where agents carry the admin and people keep the judgement. I am doing it in the open and writing down what breaks and what works, so you can lift and shift what you can.
