The A.I.M.S. framework

Ask, Integrate, Multiply, Scale. It came out of eighteen years of operational delivery in mining, energy, ICT and professional services, rather than being assembled afterwards as a training product.

• Day one, Ask and Integrate. Why AI has to be treated as a workflow system rather than a tool, then advanced prompting and integrating it into the work managers actually do. The day ends with an overnight challenge: redesign one real workflow before day two.
• Day two, Multiply and Scale. Team-level systems. Prompt libraries, repositories, automation, agents, and the governance framework that keeps it safe. It opens with the overnight results, including the friction.

• Workflow templates for the three to five most time-consuming recurring jobs: report generation, meeting summaries, research briefs, presentations
